These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the folkceramic.uz website operated by the Gijduvan Handicraft Center (Folk Ceramic). By using the website, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
Use of the website is permitted for individuals aged 18 and over, or minors under the supervision of a legal guardian.
2. Services
The website provides the following services:
- Online purchase of Gijduvan pottery, embroidery, and carpet-weaving products;
- Registration for masterclasses and guided tours;
- Booking of the national guesthouse and traditional cuisine services;
- Information about the activities of the Handicraft Center.
3. Orders and payment
All prices are shown in UZS or USD. Payment is processed through online payment systems. A confirmation is sent by email once an order is placed. The Center reserves the right to accept or decline any order.
4. Returns and cancellations
Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are undamaged and in their original condition. For services (masterclasses, tours), cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
5. Intellectual property
All images, texts, logos, and other materials on the website belong to the Gijduvan Handicraft Center and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
The Center is not liable for any damages arising from website downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures. The website is provided on an "as is" basis.
